In a suite alleging common-law fraud and violations of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, denial of defendants' motions to stay court proceedings and compel arbitration pursuant to an arbitration clause in an automobile purchase agreement is reversed and the matter remanded where the trial court erred in declaring the arbitration clause unconscionable and unenforceable in its entirety.
