In an action brought under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act for breach of express and implied warranties, judgement for plaintiff and award of $8,000 damages are reversed where plaintiff failed to establish an adequate basis for her lay opinion testimony of the value of the vehicle in its defective state and the trial court's acceptance of that testimony constituted an abuse of discretion.
