In an action seeking damages against defendant-employer for retaliatory discharge for her reporting safety concerns at a nuclear power station, judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for defendant is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that the jury's verdict was contrary to the evidence and that there were numerous evidentiary errors at trial. Defendant's claim that it was erroneously denied its posttrial motion for sanctions is also rejected.
