In a suit alleging in two counts that a Chicago police officer, through negligence and willful and wanton conduct, caused an automobile collision that seriously injured plaintiff, judgement for the plaintiff on both counts is affirmed over claims that the City was immune under the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act or, alternatively, the City is entitled to a new trial because: 1) the trial court improperly allowed plaintiff's expert to show a computer simulation of the accident to the jury; 2) the jury was not properly instructed on what constitutes willful and wanton conduct; and 3) plaintiff's attorney improperly advised the jury how to answer one of the special interrogatories.
