In a wrongful death suit arising from the death of a Northwestern University football player during practice, in multiple appeals from multiple consolidated actions: 1) the appeal with respect to the deceased's mother and her two sons in their individual capacities is dismissed for lack of standing; 2) the settlement and judgment of the trial court with respect to the deceased's mother in her capacity as coadministrator is affirmed, thereby rendering Northwestern's cross-appeal moot; 3) the trial court's one-third fee award to Cochran law firm, the mother's attorney, is affirmed.
