In a suit brought under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty--Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act and the Uniform Commercial Code, denial of plaintiffs' jury trial demand and judgment against them following a bench trial are affirmed where: 1) plaintiffs are not entitled to a jury trial because plaintiffs they are seeking equitable relief; and 2) plaintiffs waived their arguments concerning an evidentiary issue at trial.
