In a dissolution of marriage action, judgement of the circuit court is affirmed as to attorney's fees and reversed as to a ruling that the postmarital agreement was invalid where petitioner's forbearance of filing for a dissolution was consideration supporting the postmarital agreement. The matter is remanded to give effect to the agreement and reapportion the remainder of the marital estate.
