Judgment terminating parental rights is affirmed over claim that the order terminating parental rights was entered erroneously because the trial court failed to identify the time period it considered as to whether respondent had failed to "make reasonable efforts to correct the conditions which were the basis for the removal of the children." The court finds that it lacks jurisdiction to consider the order finding that the minors were neglected where respondent did not appeal from that order in a timely manner.
