In a dissolution action, orders modifying the maintenance respondent receives from petitioner and dismissing her petition for contribution to attorney fees are reversed and the matter remanded where the trial court abused its discretion in ordering that maintenance must terminate after 36 months without the possibility of extension, and respondent's petition for contribution to attorney fees was timely and must be heard by the trial court.
