In a medical malpractice action arising from injuries sustained just after birth which resulted in a $7.15 millions judgement in favor of plaintiffs, judgement is reversed as to the award of $2.6 million for future caretaking and medical expenses where a remittitur should be entered to reduce those costs plaintiff will incur before he attains majority by 30% for his parents' contributory negligence. The remainder of the judgement is affirmed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
