Appellate Court of Illinois

In re Marriage of Nesbitt, 1053972

In a dissolution of marriage action, the trial court's order that husband contribute $700,000 toward the attorney fees incurred by wife and granting of husband's motion to strike wife's motion for sanctions are affirmed as modified over husband's claim that the trial court erred when it ordered him to contribute toward his wife's attorney fees because the trial court was unable to determine with precision whether all of the legal work was reasonable.
