In a suit containing a products liability count and a negligent spoliation count, granting of summary judgement in favor of defendant is affirmed where, once the statute of limitations expired on plaintiff's primary products liability action, the derivative negligent spoliation action expired with it and there were no material issues of fact in dispute.
