Appellate Court of Illinois
Midwest Builders v. Lord and Essex, 1061233
In a breach of contract dispute between a cabinet maker and a homebuilder, judgement in favor of plaintiff cabinet maker is affirmed over claims that: 1) the credit information sheet lacks essential terms to be a contract, and even if it were a contract, its terms would be entirely superseded by the later subcontractor agreements; and 2) defendant has fulfilled all its obligations under the subcontractor agreements.
