In a personal injury action arising from injuries sustained while plaintiff was performing court-mandated community service at the YMCA, denial of plaintiff's motion for reconsideration of partial summary judgement in favor of defendant is affirmed over claim that the court erred in entering summary judgment because section 1(e) of the Probation Community Service Act: 1) extends only to funds other than the YMCA's liability insurance coverage; and 2) violates the equal protection clauses of the United States and Illinois Constitutions.
