In a personal injury action based on injuries plaintiff sustained while on defendant's premises, adjudication of the workers' compensation lien to an amount less than plaintiff's recovery without intervener Liberty Mutual's consent is reversed and the cause remanded where Liberty Mutual was entitled to reimbursement of its workers' compensation lien, less attorney fees and costs under section 5(b) of the Worker's Compensation Act.
