In a suit seeking a declaration that a policy issued by plaintiff insurance company did not provide uninsured motorist coverage where defendant was injured while the passenger of a driver who did not have permission to drive, summary judgement in favor of plaintiff is reversed where the purpose of requiring uninsured motorist coverage is defeated when an unauthorized driver is denied coverage and the passengers are denied coverage under their own policies because the driver was unauthorized.
