In an action for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, order granting defendant's motion to suppress physical evidence is reversed and the matter remanded where the warrantless search of defendant's home was reasonable and did not violate his fourth amendment rights where police had secured a voluntary consent to search the premises from the co- tenant in defendant's absence.
