In an insurance coverage dispute resulting from an auto accident, order granting summary judgement in favor of defendant vehicle owner and denying motion for summary judgement in favor of plaintiff insurance company is reversed and the matter remanded with instruction to grant summary judgement in favor of plaintiff where the driver of the vehicle was not a permitted user under section 5-102 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
