In an action alleging claims under the common law tort of retaliatory discharge and under section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, finding in favor of plaintiff is reversed where the Illinois circuit courts lack the subject matter jurisdiction to entertain any civil rights claims, including those in which the defendant is a private entity.
