Appellate Court of Illinois

In re Tyrese J., 1071078

Finding that the minor in question was not neglected, abused or dependent pursuant to sections 2-3 and 2-4 of the Juvenile Court Act is reversed where: 1) the circuit court erred in denying the state's motion to amend its petition; and 2) a finding that the minor's father had sole custody of the minor and that the minor was not exposed to his mother was against the manifest weight of the evidence.
