Appellate Court of Illinois
People v. Richardson, 1043686
Conviction for burglary is affirmed over claims that: 1) trial counsel was ineffective in failing to move to suppress evidence obtained when police effectuated a Terry stop; 2) the case should be remanded for a new fitness hearing because defendant was not admonished of his right to confront witnesses; and 3) the trial court's order that defendant provide a sample for inclusion in DNA identification databases was improper.
