Summary dismissal of a petition for relief under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act is affirmed over claims: 1) of ineffective assistance of counsel based upon counsel's failure to investigate defendant's claims of "corruption and coercion" in the conducting of defendant's lineups at Area 2; and 2) that the state violated defendant's right to due process by failing to disclose the existence of voluminous claims of Area 2 police torture pursuant to Brady.
