In the matter of an automobile accident where defendant was injured while driving plaintiff's vehicle during the scope and course of his employment, grant of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and motion for judgment on the pleadings and denial of defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment is reversed where the release signed by defendants released only an underinsured motorist claim and did not affect a workers' compensation claim.
