Appellate Court of Illinois
Addison Ins. Co. v. Fay, 3060085
In a declaratory judgment action to determine the extent of insurance coverage available to one defendant to pay claims brought by other defendants resulting from the deaths of their sons, trial court's determination that the deaths were two separate "occurrences," thereby allowing aggregate liability coverage of $2,000,000, is reversed where the deaths resulted from a single cause and were not sufficiently separated in space or time.
