In a case involving the sale and purchase of real property and allegations of misrepresentation, fraud and breach of contract, an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants is affirmed as to counts I, II, III, and IV of plaintiff's complaint and reversed as to count V, which alleged violations of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, where the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on count V on the basis that it was time barred.
