Appellate Court of Illinois

Stenstrom Petroleum Servs. Group, Inc. v. Mesch, 2070504

In a suit for breach of a covenant not to compete, violations of the Illinois Trade Secrets Act, and breach of fiduciary duty, granting of preliminary injunction to enforce the covenant not to compete and denial of relief on the other grounds alleged in plaintiff's complaint are affirmed over plaintiff's claim that the trial court erred in: 1) determining the commencement date of the preliminary injunction; 2) declining to enjoin defendant-Mesch and defendant-New PPI for breach of fiduciary duty and violations of the Act; and 3) defendant's claim that the covenant not to compete is unenforceable.
