In a case arising from plaintiff's automobile accident with an underinsured motorist, granting of plaintiffs motion for judgment on the arbitrator's award making defendant liable for plaintiff's damages less the amount received from the underinsured's policy is reversed and the matter remanded for further proceedings where Indiana has more significant contacts to the policy and therefore Indiana law governs the policy.
