Golf v. Henderson, 1062304

In a complaint alleging that defendants breached their contract to obtain for plaintiff a disability insurance policy that would pay him benefits in the event that he was injured in the course of his employment, defendant's motion to dismiss is affirmed as to plaintiff's breach of contract claim where it was not appealed or, alternatively, was not adequately argued. The dismissal is reversed as to plaintiff's consumer fraud claim where plaintiff adequately stated a cause of action alleging violation of the Consumer Fraud Act.
