Bowler v. The City of Chicago, 1062342

In an action arising from injuries sustained when plaintiff's son fell from the roof of their apartment which asserts the City breached a duty of care and acted willfully and negligently when it failed to enforce the building code and issued a permit for construction of access to the roof, dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where the City is immune from liability under the Tort Immunity Act.
