In a suit claiming that defendant insurance companies breached their insurance contracts with plaintiff by violating the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, dismissal of plaintiff's third amended complaint is affirmed over claims that: 1) plaintiff stated a valid claim for breach of contract based on the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing; and 2) plaintiff has sufficiently pled several legal theories to support a declaratory judgment action.
