Appellate Court of Illinois

Progressive Universal Ins. Co. of IL v. Taylor, 4061003, 4061004cons.

In a suit arising from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, summary judgement, requiring counterdefendants to endorse payments made by the insurer of the car in which they were passengers to the providers of their medical care, is modified so as to require counterdefendants to turn over only 40% of the proceeds of the two $5,000 checks where section 10(a) of the Health Care Services Lien Act limits the lien.
