In an estate dispute, an order directing an insurance company to pay the proceeds of a life insurance policy to plaintiff, decedent's ex-wife, is reversed and the matter remanded where the terms of the marital settlement agreement are susceptible to two different reasonable interpretations and parol evidence should be introduced to determine the intent of the parties.
