In the matter of numerous lawsuits arising from defendant's purchase of defective windows from Quaker Window Products Company, Inc. (Quaker), dismissal of plaintiff's counterclaim seeking a declaration that plaintiff did not have an obligation to defend or indemnify Quaker is affirmed over a claim that the trial court erred in dismissing the counterclaims for lack of personal jurisdiction because the entities had the requisite contacts with Illinois to establish jurisdiction and, even if jurisdiction did not exist, that the "doctrine of representation" applied.
