Appellate Court of Illinois
People v. Thompson, 4060900
Conviction for four counts of burglary, restitution order and sentence are affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant was denied effective assistance of counsel at his sentencing hearing because his counsel did not set forth a known mitigating factor; and 2) the restitution order should be vacated in its entirety because the trial court failed to admonish him as required by Supreme Court Rule 402(a)(2).
