In a legal malpractice action arising from the preparation of a trust being challenged as invalid, order finding the legal malpractice suit premature and staying the proceedings pending the outcome of the underlying trust validity dispute is affirmed and remanded where the trial court did not act arbitrarily without the employment of conscientious judgment or exceed the bounds of reason and ignore recognized principles of law so substantial prejudice resulted.
