In a legal malpractice action arising from an underlying medical malpractice action to recover damages for injuries that plaintiff's decedent suffered at birth, judgement against defendants and award of $1 million is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred by: 1)denying defendant's motion for a directed verdict; 2) by denying defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict; and 3) by denying defendant's motion for a new trial.
