Denial of the State's petition to terminate the parental rights of a mother and father of a minor child is reversed at it applies to the mother where she is unfit under subsection (m)(iii) of the Adoption Act. The denial of the petition is affirmed as it applies to the father where the circuit court found that the evidence was insufficient to clearly and convincingly prove that father was unfit and an opposite conclusion is not "clearly evident."
