Default judgment order in favor of plaintiffs as a sanction for discovery noncompliance resulting in an award of $407,370.62, including attorney fees, is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred in: 1) entering a default judgment order as a discovery sanction; 2) awarding damages without conducting an evidentiary hearing; 3) awarding attorney fees and costs without an evidentiary hearing; and 4) denying defendants- emergency motion to vacate the default judgment order.
