In a suit for breach of contract, damage to personal property and conversion arising from alleged vandalism and theft of plaintiff's laundry equipment on the defendant's Wisconsin property, denial of a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed and the action is dismissed where: 1) merely being a successor in interest to a contract is insufficient to confer personal jurisdiction; and 2) defendant had insufficient ties with Illinois to confer jurisdiction.
