In a conviction for possession of a controlled substance and disarming a peace officer, denial of a motion to withdraw guilty plea is reversed where defendant's attorney failed to comply with Rule 604(d) because the certificate did not indicate that his attorney had examined the trial court file. Granting of defendant's separate motion to reconsider his sentence, and the subsequent reduction of the sentence, is affirmed where defendant is satisfied with the relief obtained despite the absence of a proper Rule 604(d) certificate.
