Ottawa Savings Bank v. JDI Loans, Inc., 2060671

In a suit to recover compensatory and punitive damages for losses allegedly sustained from the improper sale of a portfolio of loans by Commercial Loan Corporation (CLC) to defendant, dismissal of plaintiff's second-amended complaint and original and first-amended complaints is affirmed where defendants were not privy to any contracts entered into between plaintiff and CLC and plaintiff will never be able to allege that defendants induced the breach of a fiduciary duty.
