Appellate Court of Illinois

People v. Holland, 1054014

In the matter of separate convictions for three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and attempted murder and armed robbery, which later received an executive pardon, denial of motion to expunge is reversed where subsection (c) of the Criminal Identification Act does not place a prior criminal convictions bar to expungement restriction on a petitioner who has received an executive pardon.
