In an action to invalidate certain amendments to the zoning code which changed the permitted uses available to plaintiff's property, dismissal of plaintiff's complaint pursuant to section 2-615 of the Code of Civil Procedure is affirmed over claim that the trial court erred because it did not consider the amendments to defendant's zoning code under a substantial relationship test.
