An order of the trial court granting a motion to quash substitute service of process made on the Secretary of State in favor of defendant and vacating the ex parte default judgment and award is affirmed where the plaintiff did not meet the requirements of proper service of process when plaintiff failed notify the defendant after plaintiff was made aware of defendant's new address.
