Judgment is affirmed in a conviction for first degree murder over claims of error regarding: 1) the denial of defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment; 2) the exclusion of defendant's exculpatory evidence; 3) insufficiency of the evidence; 4) violations of defendant's Sixth Amendment rights due to admittance of testimonial evidence without opportunity to cross examine; and 5) photographs of defendant's tattoos were irrelevant and the admission was highly prejudicial.
