An appeal arising from proceedings for the dissolution of a marriage alleging that the court placed too low of a value on a a two unit apartment building is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction where: 1) the final judgment in the case was the judgment of dissolution; 2) respondent filed her motion to reconsider before the entry of final judgment; 3) the motion was not directed against the judgment but against the trial court' written decision; and 4) the motion did not qualify as a timely post-judgment motion for purposes of Rule 303(a) and therefore did not extend the time for filing her notice of appeal.
