Summary judgment for defendant in a personal injury claim against the staffing agency that loaned a worker who gave plaintiff incorrect instruction which lead to the injury and the owners of the warehouse where they both worked is affirmed where: 1) the right to control test indicates that the staffing agency was a loaning employer to the warehouse owner; and 2) the person who gave the erroneous instruction was under the direction and control of the warehouse owner and not of defendant-appellee.
