Denial of respondent's motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to enjoin petitioner from exercising any authority pursuant to the grant of temporary guardianship is affirmed where: 1) the jurisdiction of the circuit court flows from the constitution, except in the area of administrative review, and therefore the court did have proper jurisdiction to hear the complaint; 2) respondent fails to demonstrate irreparable harm if the injunction does not issue.
