Conviction and sentence to one year of probation on two counts of possession of an altered card is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) admission of business records into evidence despite the lack of proper foundation for them; 2) the denial of defendant's motion for a directed verdict; 3) the charging instrument's lack of necessary certainty; and 4) the unconstitutionality of the mandatory presumption of section 15 of the Illinois Credit Card and Debit Card Ac.
