Supreme Court of Florida

Bradley v. State of Florida, SC07-1964

Circuit court's denial of defendant's motion to vacate his conviction of first-degree murder and sentence of death is affirmed as defendant has failed to provide any basis for relief in any of his postconviction claims and his petition for habeas corpus is also denied as defendant has failed to present a legally sufficient claim for habeas relief.
